The Winter Reset was designed to call you in to something different.

To honour the depths of Winter, rather than going against the nature of the season.

 The Winter Reset calls for even more quiet, more solitude and stillness.

The Winter Reset is about exploring this season, allowing this season exactly as it is. Often we have judgements on Winter, we feel its depths and we turn away from it, we make it wrong, or the lesser of the seasons.

 But Winter has so much medicine, so much magic, if we truly allow it.

Inside the Winter `Reset there are 4 pre recorded sessions each with a different theme that explore the four pillars I work on; 

mind, body, emotions and soul.

Mind ~ you'll look at where you are at the beginning of this journey, what the mind is telling you about how you feel and where you are

Body ~ exploring what the body needs at this time of year, food that will help it thrive and how to tend to your body during Winter

Emotions ~ the emotions associated with Winter and why it's appropriate that we feel the way we do

Soul ~ tuning into what is uniquely you and what you need, from there setting soft intentions for yourself

The Winter Reset may also be beneficial if you’re going through a season of Winter in your life. If it’s feeling dark and impossible. We all have seasons of Winter in our lifetimes, it’s here that the most compassion and tenderness are needed.
